    1. Can I request for a custom design? 
      No, but if you have an idea for something and we find it inspiring, we may bring it to life! 

    2. How do I care for my jewelry? 
      Give your earrings a wipe down with a soft cloth. When you purchase from us, you are buying a wearable piece of art. We try our best to create it with longevity in mind but please treat it with care to give them as long of a life as possible! To ensure that your earrings last as long as possible, please follow these care instructions:
      1. Store your earrings in a box to prevent them from being crushed. Acrylic is a type of plastic that can break if not stored with care.

      2. Avoid exposing your earrings to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, as this can cause them to warp or fade.

      3. Clean your earrings regularly with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as this can scratch or damage the acrylic.

      By following these simple care instructions, you can enjoy your acrylic earrings for years to come.

    3. What is your return and exchange policy?

    4. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have the option to exchange it for store credit within 4 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. In the unlikely chance that your order arrives broken please fill out the form in the “Contact Us” page with your order # and photos of the damage. 

    5. How long does it take to receive my order?
      In stock items can take up to 7-10 business days (in USA).
      Made to order items have a 10-16 business day turn around for fulfillment. Once shipped, please refer to the tracking number that will be emailed for shipping updates.
